In order to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, our warehouse team processes the packages very quickly. This does mean there is a very small window in which we can make amendments.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please navigate to your order confirmation page, you have 30 minutes to make amendments to your order. If more than 30 minutes have passed, please let us know. Please note due to the high volume of orders which are dispatched from our warehouse, we will do our best to process this for you but cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Once dispatched we cannot cancel or amend your order. In this instance please accept the delivery then use our returns portal here. Please note a return cannot be generated until after your order is delivered.
